What We Do

At Mad for Digital, we track and report every aspect of our digital strategy. Our top priority is to generate the highest return on investment for each client.

We’ll track and report data from each metric as follows:

  • Traffic
  • Conversions
  • Engagement
  • Click-Through Rate
  • Site Load Speed

When looking at your website’s traffic, first we will segment your traffic by the source to determine where you are getting the most attention from online.

We’ll measure and report data from the following online acquisitions:

  • Organic: How many people visited your website from search, without clicking on paid ads.
  • Direct: How many people visited your website by typing in your URL.
  • Referral: How many people visited your website from other websites or links.
  • Social: How many people visited your website from your social media pages.
  • Paid: How many people visited your website from your paid ads and promotional content.

While looking at each source of data, we’ll determine what areas need more attention and what areas provide new marketing opportunities.

In addition to examining your site’s traffic numbers, we’ll determine how much time users are spending on your website, look at how many pages they visited while they were there, if they are new or returning users, and if they visited your website from a desktop or a mobile phone.

Sophisticated Analysis

Next, we’ll measure, analyse and report the number of conversions we achieved from our digital marketing efforts.

By seeing what type of content your users,’ who converted, engaged with most, we can see what kinds of content bring the most return. When we identify what actions users take on your site, this helps us optimise their journey to increase conversions.

When looking at your brand’s online engagement, we’ll see how many people could potentially be interested in your product or service. Engagement measures the number of links, comments and followers you’ve generated from your social media marketing. Here we can determine what platforms will create the highest number of leads for your brand.

As we manage and optimise all ads, we’ll look at the click-through rate of each campaign. If your CTR is low, that means the target audience may be too general, or our offer isn’t incentivising enough. 

In addition to looking at your website’s users’ data, and measuring the success of our digital campaigns, we’ll keep a close eye on your site load speed.

A website with a slow load time can lose up 40% of the users who frequent it.

Our goal is to make the customer journey as smooth as possible, so if your website is taking too long to load we may need to resize your images or tweak your code.
